The Center for development of the East planning region on 27.08.2021 near the restored church “St. Vlasie” in the municipality of Stip held the final press conference after the project “Cultural bridge through the centuries”. The final press conference was attended by representatives of the project team, Municipality of Stip, media, representatives of other cultural institutions from the country, as well as representatives of the leading partner Municipality of Belica, Republic of Bulgaria.
The final press conference presented the realized activities of the project, as well as the results of the conducted trainings and workshops, as well as the infrastructural activities in the two cross-border regions – the reconstruction of the National Reading Room “Georgi Todorov 1885” in Belica and the conserved and restored church “St. Vlasie” in Stip. Both videos realized within the project were presented at the final event.
The project “Cultural Bridge through the Centuries” is co-financed by the European Union within the INTERREG IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria – S. Macedonia, was realized in a period of 24 months, with a total budget of about 400,000 euros.
