On December 26, 2017, the Third Session of the Council for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region was held in the municipality of Vinica.
At the session, the Financial Plan of the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region for 2018 was adopted and the Annual Action plan for 2018 for the implementation of the Development Program of the Eastern Planning Region 2015-2019.
On September 25, 2018 in the village Negrovo, municipality Pehcevo, The Educational Center for Nature Conservation was officially opened.
The Educational Center aims to enable students, students and other visitors to become acquainted with the natural values in the Bregalnica region, as well as to support the educational process for nature conservation at all levels of education in the region and wider.
The Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region in cooperation with the Municipality of Ceshinovo-Obleshevo continues to implement activities through the Program for the Preservation of Nature in Macedonia, a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
The project “Accelerator of knowledge for small and medium enterprises“ MEKA is financed by the European Union through the Central Financing and Contracting Sector (CFCD) - Ministry of Finance of the Republic of S. Macedonia, the agreement for granting subsidies within the IPA National Program for Transitional Assistance and Institution Building 2013, Grant scheme “ Grant scheme for implementation of projects for increasing the competitiveness of the beneficiary country “- EuropeAid/138495/ID/ACT/MK, implemented by the Foundation for Local Development and Development of Information Technologies – Gevgelija in partnership with the Organization of Women – Stip.
On July 8, 2019, in the Council Hall of the Municipality of Berovo, the contract was signed with the selected most favorable bidder, Gradeznik ING DOOEL Berovo, for the realization of the project “Construction, arrangement and lighting of a pedestrian-bicycle path on the Bregalnica River in Berovo”.
The head of the Center signed the contract for the realization of the project in the municipality of Berovo in the presence of the mayor of the municipality of Berovo Zvonko Pekevski.
On May 5, 2020, the contract for the performance of the works for the “Reconstruction of the cultural center “Tosho Arsov” was signed. in the municipality of Vinica, between the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region and the contractor Tehnika DOOEL Radovish.
