Within the framework of the project: “Sustainable and Inclusive Balanced Regional Development – Phase II”, the Center for Development of the East Planning Region, represented by Director Trajce Zdravov, attended the International Conference on Regional Development “Regional Development in a Dynamically Changing World – The Future Begins Locally: The New Vision for Sustainable and Balanced Development”, which was held in Gevgelija from July 8 to 9.<\/p>\n

The conference was opened by the Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia – Prof. Dr. Hristijan Mickovski, the Minister of Local Self-Government, MA Zlatko Perinski, and the Ambassador of Switzerland to the Republic of North Macedonia – H.E. Veronique Hulmann.<\/p>\n

The conference featured four panels dedicated to fair growth, stronger regions, financing for sustainable development and digital transformation – with the participation of ministers, mayors, experts and practitioners.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the Center for Development of the East Planning Region was awarded recognition by Minister Zlatko Perinski for its contribution to providing conditions for a better quality of life for the elderly through the successful implementation of the project “Reconstruction of the Dr. Ivan Vlashki Nursing Home” in Berovo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
