The workshop was held in the restaurant &#8220;Tri Bireri&#8221; in Skopje on 16 and 17 December 2014.<\/p>\n<p> \t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-2607\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/eastregion.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/images_novosti_2014.12.22-2_slovenija_12.2014-2.jpg\" style=\"width: 250px; height: 188px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; margin: 5px; float: left;\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<p> \tThe purpose of the workshop was through practical examples to show how to finance municipal infrastructure projects and Slovenian experience in closing the financial structures of infrastructure projects particularly through public private partnership.<\/p>\n<p> \tThrough interactive participation of all participants in the workshop were presented:<\/p>\n<p> \t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-2609\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/eastregion.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/images_novosti_2014.12.22-2_slovenija_12.2014-3.jpg\" style=\"width: 250px; height: 188px; float: right; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; margin: 5px;\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> \t\tEU funds for Macedonian municipal infrastructure projects, programs and EU tenders, analyzing the IPA, IPARD, CBC &#8230;<\/li>\n<li> \t\tLessons learned and identify obstacles in municipal infrastructure projects<\/li>\n<li> \t\tSlovenian experiences and finding solutions<\/li>\n<li> \t\tPreparation of projects according to EU rules,<\/li>\n<li> \t\tAllocation of EU project budget and the role of municipalities,<\/li>\n<li> \t\tAnalysis of the mechanisms for coordination and experience in the development of national programs<\/li>\n<li> \t\tIncreasing the financial resources to invest in combination with PPP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> \t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-2611\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/eastregion.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/images_novosti_2014.12.22-2_slovenija_12.2014-5.jpg\" style=\"width: 250px; height: 188px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; margin: 5px; float: left;\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/>The workshop ended with the development of an Action Plan for further progress.<\/p>\n<div id=\"ckimgrsz\" style=\"left: 387px; top: 23px;\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> \t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-2604\" alt=\"\" class=\"cke-resize cke-resize\" src=\"https:\/\/eastregion.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/images_novosti_2014.12.22-2_slovenija_12.2014.jpg\" style=\"width: 250px; height: 188px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; margin: 5px; float: right;\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/>As part of the development cooperation between Macedonia and Slovenia, the Slovenian embassy organized a workshop to support and strengthen the capacity of the Macedonian national and regional level management infrastructure projects funded by the European Union.
