At the session, a Decision was made to relinquish the extended and reconstructed building “Home for the Elderly – Berovo”.<\/p>\n

A new Rules of Procedure of the Council for Development of the East Planning Region were adopted in accordance with the new Law on Balanced Regional Development.<\/p>\n

The obligation of the Municipal Councils to adopt a Decision on amending [harmonization with the Law on Balanced Regional Development (“Official Gazette of RSM” no. 24\/2021)] on the Decision on establishing a Center for Development of East Planning Region and adoption of a Consolidated text of the Decision on establishment, which obligation arose from the new Law on Balanced Regional Development.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
