a representative of the associations, with a mandate of 4 (four) years"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 7 &#8211; 15 of the Law on Balanced Regional Development (&#8220;Official Gazette of RSM&#8221; no. 24\/21 and 174\/21), Article 2 paragraph 1 line 19 and Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council for development of the East planning region no. 02-206 \/ 1 from 29.06.2021, the Council for development of the East planning region announces:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Public call<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>for election of a member in the Council for development of the East planning region &#8211; a representative of the associations, with a mandate of 4 (four) years<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The basic criteria for selection of a member &#8211; representative of the associations in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>legal entities, applicants to be registered for at least two years, with headquarters and operating in the municipality within the planning region,<\/li>\n<li>legal entities, applicants in accordance with the Statute of the organization to act in the field of local and regional development and<\/li>\n<li>legal entities, applicants to have implemented at least two projects in the field of local and regional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The member &#8211; a representative of the associations in the Council for Development of the Eastern Region is elected for a term of 4 (four) years and has no right to vote.<br \/>\nDeadline for application: The public call is open until 10.12.2021.<\/p>\n<p>Interested legal entities \/ applicants to submit documents proving that they meet the selection criteria set out in the Public Call and it is mandatory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application after the Public Call which contains data on the legal entity \/ applicant (full name and contact details) and contact details of the authorized person, with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the legal entity, in original;<\/li>\n<li>Current status of the Central Register not older than 6 months from the deadline for application after the public call back, in original;<br \/>\nStatute of the organization, in photocopy;<\/li>\n<li>Certificates \/ recommendations proving that the legal entities &#8211; applicants have implemented at least two projects in the field of local and regional development, in photocopy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The applications after the Public call with the necessary documents to be submitted to the Archive of the Center for development of the East planning region &#8211; Stip, at the address 119 Vancho Prke Street, floor 2, 2000 Stip, with the indication: election of a member in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region &#8211; a representative of the associations &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Applications sent by email or fax will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete documentation and documentation submitted after the application deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>Contact person for the public call: Katerina Vasilev tel: 032386408; 032386409.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the public call, a commission for conducting the public call reviews the submitted applications and compiles a list of associations that meet the criteria of the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates who meet the criteria of the public call, by a majority vote decide which of them will be represented in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region, at a meeting organized by the chairman of the commission for conducting the public call within 15 days from the end on the public call.<\/p>\n<p>The chairman of the commission for conducting the public call sends an official invitation to the associations that have applied for the public call.<\/p>\n<p>The invitation is published on the website of the Center for Development of the East Planning Region (www.eastregion.mk) at least three days before the date of the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Council for development of the East planning region<br \/>\nPresident,<br \/>\nIvan Jordanov<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 7 &#8211;
