With the presentation of the cultural tradition of the neuro-Skopje folklore heritage, on June 30, 2021 on the summer stage at the NUCC “Beli Mugri” in Kocani, and officially marked the beginning of “Five days of culture and tradition of the municipality of Goce Delchev” within the Kocani Cultural Summer .
During the five-day presentation of culture and tradition, the residents of Kocani had the opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural and historical heritage of the municipality of Goce Delchev thanks to the exhibition that was set on the mezzanine floor of the reconstructed Multicultural Center in Kocani. The presentation during all five days was organized in accordance with all health protocols for preserving the health of the visitors of Covid-19 with a reduced number of visitors and a precisely defined visit schedule that provided adequate ventilation and disinfection of the space.
Besides the presentation of the folklore traditions, invaluable samples from the ethnographic collection of the museum at Goce Delchev, video presentation on the culture and tourism of the municipality, handmade objects and literary works that brought the inhabitants of the two cross-border regions closer were shown.
The five days of culture and tradition of the municipality of Goce Delchev within the Kocani Cultural Summer were supported by the project “Our common past – path for a common future”, co-financed by the European Union through the INTERREG IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria – Macedonia.
