Signing of the contract for the construction of the City Market in Delčevo

On July 25, 2022, an Agreement was signed for the second phase of the construction of the modern city market in Delchevo between the EPR Development Center, Zujica Angelova and the contractor, PANEL-M from Tetovo, as well as the Municipality of Delchevo, as the end user. The total value of the works according to this Agreement is 28,488,960 denars including VAT. The funds in the amount of 13.9 million denars have been provided by the Budget of the Government of RSM in accordance with the Decision on the allocation of funds for financing projects for the development of planning regions for 2021. with indicative planned funds for 2022. The funds in the amount of 14,501,752 den, including VAT, are provided by the Budget of the Municipality of Delchevo. With the realization of this project, for the first time, Delchevo will get a modern city market with all the infrastructure, where all criteria for proper storage and sale of food and a wide variety of goods will be respected, as well as adequate parking space. The city market has a building plot area of 11,599 m2 and contains sales space for agricultural products and other goods.
