According to the Agreement for the implementation of projects in the East planning region in 2014, the Centre for development of the East Planning Region of February 21, 2014 (Friday) signed a Contract with the Municipality of Vinica for joint implementation of the project "Promotion of wealth differences and save cultural and historical heritage feature of regional development. The agreement was signed by the Head of the Centre for Development of Easte Planning Region, Mrs. Dragica Zdraveva and Mayor of municaplity of Vinica, Mr. Emil Donchev.
With the implementation of this infrastructure project there will be realized reconstruction and conversion of existing facility "turkish baths" in municipality of Vinica in gallery for promotion of the richness of differences and preservation of cultural and historical heritage and hall for meetingsl, seminars and workshops for municipalities, NGOs , businesses and other institutions of the East planning region.
The total project budget is 3,410,921.00 MKD, of which 3,000,000.00 MKD are funds awarded from the Ministry for Local Government – Bureau for Regional Development of the Republic of Macedonia, and MKD 410,921.00 co-financing by the municipality of Vinica.
With this project, the East planning region will get multifunctional cultural center, gallery (with exhibition hall), for promotion of the richness of "differences" and preserving the cultural and historical heritage.
The project will be fully implemented in the next six (6) months.
