On 24.02.2023, in the premises of the municipality of Pehčevo, an agreement was signed between the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region, Builder ING from Berovo and the municipality of Pehčevo, for the realization of the project “Renovation of a recreational center in the tourist settlement Ravna Reka – I and II stage”.
The value of the first phase is 6,384,933.74 denars, of which 5,428,735.74 denars are funds from the Program for balanced regional development for 2021 and 956,100.00 denars, co-financing from the municipality of Pehchevo.
5,638,482.74 denars have been provided for the implementation of the second phase of the Program for balanced regional development for 2022.
The total value of the project is 12,023,416.48 denars,
The period of realization of the project is six months from the day of introduction to work, ie until the end of August 2023.
