XI (Eleventh) Session of the Council for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region

The Eastern Planning Region Development Council held its XI (Eleventh) Session on August 10, 2022, in the municipality of Cheshinovo – Obleshevo. The following information was discussed at the session:

• Information on current activities of the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region;
• Information on the conclusion of an Agreement for the joint implementation of the project “Development of technical documentation for the advancement and promotion of the competitive advantages of the Eastern Planning Region” ;
• Information on concluding an Agreement for the joint realization of the activity “Maintenance of agrometeorological stations for the protection of agricultural crops and the environment in the EPR”;
• Information on concluding an Agreement for additional funds to finance the tasks and activities of the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region for 2023.

The session also presented the open call for investment projects under priority 1 “Green cross-border region” (ref. No. 2021TC16IPCB006-2023-3) within the framework of the INTERREG VI-A IPA Program Bulgaria – North Macedonia. At the Session, EM Agricom representatives presented products for the treatment of waste water and solid waste based on EM technology.
