(XXX) Thirtieth Session of the Council for Development of East Planning Region

Council for Development of East Planning Region on 24.02.2017 in Municipality of Berovo held its (XXX) thirtieth session. The session on COIS important points discussed were:

1. Main results of the first phase of the Programme for nature conservation in Macedonia and the main directions for the second phase;
2. Presentation of proposals for protected areas in the EPR;
3. Handover of the draft version of the Spatial Plan of the East Planning Region;
4. Discusses the need for preparation of the Strategy for Local Economic Development of Municipalities of the EPR;
5. Discussion on the submission of requests from municipalities for declaring the natural rarities
6. Discussion on the announced introduction of bilingualism in public administration throughout the country
