Based on Article 22 and Article 23 of the Law on Labor Relations (Refined text “Official Gazette of RM” no. 167/15 and 27/16), Article 7 paragraph 1 paragraph 4 of the Decision on the Establishment of the Development Center of the Eastern Planning Region, and in connection with the Agreement for the joint implementation of Project No. 0802-36/2 of 02.03.2017 concluded between the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region and Farmahem DOOEL Skopje and Decision No. 0401-279/1 of September 21, 2017, the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region announces
ADVERTISEMENT for the employment of a Coordinator of activities related to eco-tourism of the Project “Program for the preservation of nature in Macedonia (PZP) – phase 2” in the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region – 1 executor for a fixed period of 6 (six) months
In addition to the general conditions for employment stipulated by the Law on Labor Relations (being a citizen of the Republic of Macedonia, being of legal age, not having been sentenced to a fine – ban on performing a profession, duty or activity), candidates should also fulfill the following special conditions :
- Completed VII / 1 degree of education, i.e. current VIA degree of higher education with which 240 ECTS credits are acquired;
- Minimum 3 (three) years of work experience in management/participation in projects in the field of tourism;
- Solid knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of working with computers;
- Possession of a driver’s license (category B);
- Excellent communication skills, capacity to analyze complex issues in the field of tourism, precision, self-initiative, as well as a desire for teamwork and continuous improvement.
The employee will work on the implementation of the project activities of the Project “Program for the preservation of nature in Macedonia (PZP) – phase 2” as a Coordinator of activities related to eco-tourism. The person will be responsible for the development and coordination of activities related to regional tourism in the EPR. The person will be hired for the coordination of PZP activities related to “environmentally friendly” tourism, coordination of the coordination body for tourism of theEPR, implementation and monitoring of activities foreseen in the Strategy for the development of tourism in the EPR with an action plan (2016-2025), communication with stakeholders, participation in planning and reporting, promotion of activities, etc.
