The Center for Development of the East Planning Region in the period 29-30.05.2021 within the project “Our common past – path for a common future” participated in the International Dance Day organized by the Municipality of Goce Delchev in R. Bulgaria.
Twenty participants from two folklore societies from the region performed at the event, presenting the cultural tradition, customs and heritage of the East planning region on the International Dance Day, along with a dozen other folklore groups and ensembles from the region.
The event at the invitation of the Mayor of the Municipality of Goce Delchev Mr. Vladimir Moskov was attended by the President of the Council for Development of the East Planning Region Dr. Sasko Nikolov and the Mayor of the Municipality of Kocani Mr. Nikolcho Iliev.
The project “Our common past – a path to a common future” is funded by the European Union through the INTERREG IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria – Macedonia.
