An Initial Meeting was held for the project “Strengthening Regional and Local Centers for Attracting and Retaining Talent and Investments – MAGNET”

The Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region in the period 15-16.10.2025 participated in the initial meeting of the project “Strengthening Regional and Local Centers for Attracting and Retaining Talent and Investment – MAGNET” which was held in Reggio Emilia, Italy. At the two-day meeting, the project partners had the opportunity to get to know each other, to present their institutions and the subject of their work in the project, to exchange opinions regarding their expectations from the project and to plan the next steps that will enable the smooth implementation of the project activities. Discussions focused on good project management practices and project team structure, the role and expectations of each partner in meeting project indicators, presentation and mapping of regional innovation ecosystems, communication strategy and dissemination, planning of activities for the next semester The second working day was focused on planning the next steps in terms of organizing knowledge sharing sessions, organizing meetings with regional stakeholder meeting and identifying activities to strengthen local innovation support centers.
