Promoted Cluster for Creative Industries Stip

Association of artisans “HENDMEJD ART” Probistip on May 24^th, 2015, realized the third edition of the festival of art, handicraft, design and fashion “HANDMADE DAY PROBISTIP 2015”. Art works of artisans from Kumanovo, Skopje, Bitola, Stip, Kratovo and Probistip were exposed and caused excitement among the numerous visitors. Meaning the festival gave presence of the Director of the Center for Development of East Planning Region, Mrs. Dragica Zdraveva. The third edition of the festival was opened by Ms. Violeta Peeva, President of the Association cluster for creative industries KREATIVA Stip, with promotin of the objectives, tasks and areas of activity of the cluster. Numerous artisans, the festival participants were informed in detail for established cluster KREATIVA Stip in March 2015, as part of the activities which CDEPR  implement the project “Networking of multimedia centers in the cross-border region -KREATIVA”.

One of the priority tasks of the cluster is to increase the membership of key stakeholders of creative industries, designers, artists, crafts, architectural bureaus, digital medias, writers, consulting firms, publishers. One of the strategic objectives of the cluster is networking of the attractiveness , and fostering interactivity of members who will act in Macedonia and Bulgaria. By strengthening the capacity of management to effectively implement cluster activities, joint programs and projects, and access to external sources of funding, to ensure sustainable development of the cluster, will increase the profitability and competitiveness of members. 

Cooperation with formal and informal education, will provide the necessary human resources to the members of the cluster. Purpose of the cluster is to educate, raise awareness and motivation of the cluster members and their staff, with constant upgrading their knowledge and skills for lifelong learning and strengthening its own capacities. The development of joint marketing activities and continuous and awareness of members on trends in the creative industry, regional, national and international levels is of great significance. 

President of the creative cluster KREATIVA Stip, invite attendees artisans to join the cluster and to be stakeholders in the implementation of planned activities.

With applause and congratulations were followed creations, handmade knitted wool, cotton and silk for children and young of the  designer Ms. Suzana Nikolova Paneva from Stip, and fashion pieces for youngs designed by  Mario Milosov and Branka Spasovska from Probistip.
