On May 13, 2020, the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region and the supervising engineer from MC-Engineering from Vinnytsia commissioned the contractor Tehnika DOOEL Radovish, which officially began the reconstruction of the cultural center “Tosho Arsov” in the municipality of Vinnytsia.
The project is implemented with funds from the Program for Balanced Regional Development for 2020 provided through the Ministry of Local Self-Government – Regional Development Bureau, with additional co-financing by the municipality of Vinica.
With the completion of the construction works, the building located in the central city area will get a completely new facade, the cinema hall and the stage will get a new look, the lobby and toilets will be completely reconstructed, as well as the replacement of the wall coverings and the ceiling. and the floor. The cultural center “Tosho Arsov” will be equipped with appropriate multifunctional equipment, which will enable the organization of a variety of cultural and entertainment events.
Putting the “Tosho Arsov” cultural center into full operation will help raise the capacity of the population in the Eastern planning region for the development of tourism through the organization of a variety of events to raise awareness and animation for the preservation of the cultural and natural heritage in the region.
The total value of the project is about 16 million denars, and the reconstruction is expected to be completed by November 2020.
