On May 5, 2020, the contract for the performance of the works for the “Reconstruction of the cultural center “Tosho Arsov” in the municipality of Vinica was signed between the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region and the contractor Technica DOOEL Radovish.
The project is worth about 16 million denars and will be implemented with financial resources provided by the Ministry of Local Self-Government – Regional Development Bureau through the Program for Balanced Regional Development for 2020, as well as additional co-financing by the municipality of Vinica.
With the reconstruction of the cultural center “Tosho Arsov” in Vinica, the entire building will be modernized and given a new look, as well as the purchase of equipment needed to hold a variety of cultural events.
The implementation of this project will create opportunities for the development of cultural tourism and will contribute to increasing the capacity of regional cooperation through joint promotion of the region through activities in the field of cultural tourism.
