XXI (Twenty-first) Emergency Session of the Council for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region Held

The Council for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region, on 27.03.2025, online via conference call using internet communication and software tools, held its twenty-first urgent session.

The Council adopted the following Decisions:

• Decision on the transfer of the facility “Reconstruction and adaptation of business building no. 4 within the existing Nursing Home “Ivan Vlashki” in Berovo”;
• Decision on the transfer of ownership and possession of Special Equipment (custom-made furniture and furniture for waiting rooms and offices) purchased within the framework of the project “Reconstruction and adaptation of Nursing Home, Berovo 4th lamella, Municipality of Berovo”;
• Decision on the transfer of ownership and possession of Equipment for Nursing Home Berovo, 4th lamella, Municipality of Berovo;
• Decision on the transfer of ownership and possession of goods: bedding and textile products for the needs of the Nursing Home, Berovo 4th lamella, Municipality of Berovo;
• Decision on the adoption of the Annual Report on the operations of the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region for 2024;
• Decision on the issuance of a positive opinion and adoption of the final account of the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region for 2024;
• Decision to give a positive opinion and adopt the final account of the Project “Sustainable and Inclusive Balanced Regional Development – Phase II” for 2024;
• Decision to adopt the Annual Report on the Implementation of the Development Program of the Eastern Planning Region 2021-2026 for 2024;
• Decision to approve the Form for recording the development potential of the planning regions of importance for regional development for 2024, completed by the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region;
• Decision to adopt the text of the Agreement for additional funds for financing the tasks and activities of the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region for 2025;
• Decision to borrow funds for the implementation of the Project “Preventive Approaches to the Preservation of European Cultural Heritage” with the acronym “PROTECH 2024”.
