The Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and the Macedonian-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, invites small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the Eastern Planning Region to participate in an interactive and practical training aimed at strengthening business integrity and preventing corruption, which will be held on July 14, 2026 (Tuesday) from 10:00 am, at the premises of the PROGRESSIV Academy of Vinci in the Municipality of Vinica.
The training is implemented within the framework of the project “Business with Integrity North Macedonia – Mobilizing SMEs as Leaders against Corruption” co-financed by the European Commission.
Participation in the training is completely free of charge. In an increasingly competitive and regulated business environment, transparency, accountability and ethical behavior are key to long-term success. This training is specifically designed to support managers and decision-makers in SMEs in recognizing corruption risks and strengthening business integrity in their daily operations, as well as to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively address these challenges.
Through a dynamic and interactive approach, the workshop will combine expert presentations with practical case studies, real-life scenarios and group discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to address topics such as:
Corruption risks in business operations;
Principles of business integrity;
Anti-corruption policies and mechanisms within companies and
Alignment with good European practices.
The training will also offer practical tools and checklists that can be directly applied in companies in order to improve compliance and corporate governance.
