Workshop for training employees in administration of municipalities in IPR

On the 3rd of November (Friday), a workshop will be held in the village of Amor in Kochani within the framework of the project “Increasing the attractiveness, inclusiveness and relevance of vocational education and training and adult education”. The goal is to strengthen the capacities of employees in municipal administrations in the areas of: vocational education, adult education, the labor market and the employability of young people in the real sector. The project “Increasing the attractiveness, inclusiveness and relevance of vocational education and training and adult education” is financed by the EU IPA funds. Within the framework of the project, an Analysis of the needs for training of employees in the administration of LGUs in the area of vocational education and training and adult education has been prepared. This analysis is the basis for the prepared detailed Guide for the organization of the trainings that were carried out at the level of all planning regions and were realized through 10 modules, which included about 200 employees from LGUs and from the regions in charge of issues in the field of education, including secondary vocational education and training and adult education.
