Based on Article 21 paragraph 13, paragraph 14 and paragraph 15 of the Law on Balanced Regional Development (“Official Gazette of RSM” no. 24/21 and 174/21) and Article 6 paragraph 2, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of the Decision on announcing a Public Call for election of a member in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region – a representative of the associations, with a mandate of 4 (four) years no. 02-350 / 1 dated 19.11.2021, the President of the Commission for implementation of the public call for election of a member in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region – a representative of the associations, with a mandate of 4 (four) years, directs:

to the associations that applied after the Public Call for election of a member – representative of the associations in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region

Dear,

As applicants for the Public Call for election of a member – representative of the associations in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region, WE INVITE YOU TO A MEETING, on December 22, 2021, starting at 10:00 am, in the premises of the Center for Development of the East planning region at the address: 119 Vancho Prke Street, floor 2, 2000 Stip.

Only the authorized persons of the associations or persons authorized by them who are obliged to submit can participate and decide at the meeting (the decision refers to the associations that meet the criteria from the public call).

• power of attorney for participation (applicants who do not meet the requirements of the public call) at the meeting of the associations that applied after the public call for election of a member – representative of the associations in the Council for Development of East Planning Region, in original stamp and handwritten signature of the authorized person, or
• power of attorney for participation and decision-making (applicants who meet the requirements of the Public Call) at the meeting of the associations that applied after the Public Call for election of a member – representative of the associations in the Council for Development of East Planning Region, in original stamp and signature from the authorized person.

At the meeting, the registered candidates who meet the criteria of the public call, by a majority vote decide which of them will be represented in the Council for Development of the East Planning Region, as a member – representative of the associations, without the right to vote, with a mandate of 4 (four ) years.

Associations that meet the criteria of the public call are:

• Ecological Society ZDRAVEC 2002 Makedonska Kamenica;
• Association for Ecology and Environmental Protection EKO TEAM EAST East Kocani;
• Non-governmental organization KHAM Delchevo;
• Association for Rural Development Local Action Group MALEШ – PIJANEC v. Negrevo Pehchevo.
