Signed contract for the reconstruction of the Blue Hall in Vinica

On 31.03.2023, in the premises of the municipality of Vinica, an agreement was signed between the Center for the Development of the Eastern Planning Region and Svean Invest DOO – Skopje, for the realization of the project “Improving the conditions for the development of event tourism – reconstruction of the Blue Hall at the House of culture Tosho Arsov – Vinica.

The funds for the realization of this project are provided by the Program for balanced regional development for 2022 with indicatively planned funds for 2023 in the amount of 11,253,615.00 MKD and co-financing of the municipality of Vinica in the amount of 1,260,574.00 MKD. The total value of the project amounts to 12,605,738.00 MKD.

The project envisages a complete reconstruction of the hall, which will give the municipality of Vinica a modern facility, which will create conditions for organizing regional cultural events. Apart from the municipality of Vinica, other municipalities in the Eastern planning region will benefit from these events during all four seasons of the year.

The reconstruction is expected to be completed by the end of September 2023.
