On August 18, 2025, the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region signed the Public Procurement Agreement, “Extension and Reconstruction of the Primary School “Siniša Stoilov” in the Municipality of Zrnovci” as part of the project: “Introduction of EE measures and improvement of spatial conditions in the educational process through the Extension and Reconstruction of the Primary School “Siniša Stoilov” in the Municipality of Zrnovci, financially supported by the Ministry of Local Self-Government and the Municipality of Zrnovci.
The company that won the tender for public procurement of works is “Construction and Services Company MAK BIS ENGINEERING DOOEL Skopje” in a total value of 5,406,429.00 denars including VAT including VAT.
The project is financed by the Ministry of Local Self-Government and the Municipality of Zrnovci.
At the same time, the Center for Development of the Eastern Planning Region introduced the project into operation and began construction activities for the project on August 25, 2025.
The contractor has a deadline of October 31, 2025 to complete the planned works.
The implementation of this project proposal will make a significant contribution to improving the quality of primary education in the municipality of Zrnovci by increasing the spatial capacity of the Primary School “Siniša Stoilov”, municipality of Zrnovci, introducing EE measures for the facility through the construction of a thermally insulated EE facade and roof.
The reconstruction of the facility would build a ground floor with two floors of new premises for the needs of primary education, a total of 153m2 of new premises for education.
This would directly benefit 132 students and 28 employees. And this would indirectly benefit 2086 residents of the municipality of Zrnovci.
