The XIII regular Council meeting took place on 02.07.2010 in Radovish.

The XIII regular Council meeting took place on 02.07.2010 in Radovish. The agenda of the meeting was the following:

• Adoption of the Minutes of the XII Council meeting of the East planning region;
• Presentation of the draft version fo the Study on the possibilities for regulation of the river bed of Bregalnica (mini accumulations, dams, cascades);
• Report on the implemented activities regards ther Study on sustainable development of the organic agriculture production in the East planning region, I and II (first and second);
• Information on the announvced tenders for Projects for development of the East planning region for 2009;
• Information on the implementation of the Contract for financing of the Centre for development of the East planning region for 2010;
• Other.

The Draft version fo the project Study for the possibilities for regulation of the river bed of Breaglnica (mini accumulations, dams, cascades) was delivered to the Council members. The conclusion was that this Study should be looked into by the experts in the municipal departments and deliver the remark sto the Centre for development of the East planning region. The remarks are to be delivered to the consulting company elaborating the Study (URC consulting)  by the end of August 2010.

After the separate Council meetings of the Councild for dvelopemnt of East and South_East planning regions there was the  XVIII (осумнаесеттото) „Regional assembly of Mayors of Btreaglnica-Strumicaregion ” with the following agenda:

• Adoption of the minutes of the XVII (седумнаесеттото) „Regional assembly of mayors of Bregalnica-Strumica region”, held in Pehcevo on 28.09.2009;
• Information on the promotional event of the Iron Curtain Trail (ICT) ;
• Information on the implemnentation fo the 2 projects submitted to GTZ RED by the Centres for RD;
• Information on the promotional events of the regions in Skopje;
• Results of the 2 workshops on Regional Marketing for the East and South-East planning regions;
• Follow up from the activities on the Iron Curtain Trail (ICT);
• Studytrip of the Mayors and managers of the centres from the East and South-East planning region in the cross border region in Bulgaria;
• Other.
