XI (eleventh) session of the Council for the Development of East Region

On 03.10.2014, the Council for development of the East Planning Region in Zrnovci Municipality, held its XI (eleven) session. Important points that were discussed on this session:

• Determining the strategic development areas in the East Planning Region 2015-2019
• Information on the expansion of the functions of the Centre for development towards implementation of activities / services to support private sector
• Information for the stage of realization of the project in 2014, funded by the MLS / BRD, GIZ RED and IPA – Cross-border cooperation with Bulgaria
• Project “Migration of technologies, knowledge and experience for collection, storage, maintenance and analysis of municipal and other public data – establishing regional planning and implementation of GIS as a precondition for the establishment of joint sustainable development of municipalities, part of EPR”

  – Update of PROJECT II (second phase);

• Presentation of the Project: Dealing with lack of broadband internet in rural areas in Southeast Europe through the PPP model (PPP4Broadbend)
• Information regarding the maintenance of the Regional Assembly of East and Southeast Planning Region on 21.10.2014 in Dojran
