On July 12th, 2016 at hotel “Izgrev” – Shtip, held second awareness event with the private sector in East Planning Region, the municipalities of East Planning Region and other stakeholders on topics: Programs for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural development through measures which include the sectors of agriculture and rural development in the Republic of Macedonia, AFSARD, Annual Report on the implementation of the Programme for Development of East Planning Region 2015-2019 for 2015, and Annual Report of the Centre for Development of East Planning Region for 2015.
The main goal of the event is to learn in detail the present people with opportunities for using grants through the Programme for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development as well as the operation of the Centre for Development of Easte Planning Region in the previous year.
Considering the displacement of people and the migration village – city in the region, particularly important for farmers and other stakeholders, to get a realistic picture of the use of these grants through the Program for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development and the measures which cover sectors agriculture and rural development, to improve living conditions in rural areas and the rural economy.
The organization of this type of events is an important step in support of the private sector ie SMEs, merchants / economic operators in the region, craftsmen, interested potential foreign and domestic investors and others.
The event was attended by representatives from SMEs, entrepreneurs, municipalities, NGOs and foundations, unemployed, craftsmen, traders, members of clusters and networks and potential foreign and domestic investors.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Agency for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development – AFSARD.
Event with a greeting message was opened by Mrs. introductory speech, Director of the Centre for Development of East Planning Region.
Topics at the event were:
- Presentation of programs for financial support amongst agricultural and rural development through measures which include the sectors of agriculture and rural development in the Republic of Macedonia, AFSRD,

Presentation of the Annual Report on the implementation of the Programme for Development of East Planning Region 2015-2019 for 2015 and
-
Presentation of the Annual Report of the Centre for Development of East Planning Region for 2015.
Upon completion of all presentations, held B2G meetings between interested representatives from the private sector and representatives from the Agency for Financial Support of Agriculture and Rural Development – AFSARD.
The event was interactive nature of which perceive the interest of the business community of this type of information events in various fields.
